Oh taxis... the news report read that the streets were empty in Ramallah except for the few taxis who braved out in the weather, but they frequently required help to keep moving. Nothing like America... it's kind of nice... no matter where you break down you can count on 10 people to help, even though they're complete strangers. Ah, the Middle East!!
