i'm a dweeb!!!

so tonight at work, this lady came into the cafe (i was by myself) she asked if we had anything caffiene free. i said, "sure! i can make any of our coffees decaf." she said, "oh, no, i don't want decaf. i need caffiene free." puzzled, i said, "uh, we have sierra mist?" thinking in my head... wait, doesn't decaf mean caffiene free? i'm sure it does. wait, no, kara you're stupid they're two different things... decaf is decaf caffiene free is caffiene free. i think. oh goodness, how can i not know this? she walks away saying "oh, i'll just get juice then. i was hoping you had caffiene free teas or something." i said, "oh, yeah we do." so i sell her and her friend who also wanted caffiene free but not decaf, teas, and for the next half hour i am so confused. i spilled about everything i touched and was so out of it. finally cara, the other barista, was with me and i said, so confused, "cara... is caffiene free and decaf the same thing? cuz i thought it was but this lady said it wasn't, and i am so confused and i need to get a grip or i'm going to mess up everything from here on out." she laughed really hard and said, uh, yeah... DE-CAFFIENATED is the same as CAFFIENE FREE. the lady we were waiting on also laughed really hard at me and the ignorant woman who had thoroughly messed with my mind and she said, "i'll take my coffee decaf and caffiene free."

i had to wash the dishes tonight... and i hate doing them at work cuz you're back there for hours and it's so hot... so i'm singing and i made up a second verse to make me a servant because i needed a better attitude. hope you like it. i'm going home tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have a great night... i'll see you laters!!!
